Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the UK. Delivery is free on orders over £50 (after any discount) and £5.89 on orders of £50 or less. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and we'll email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Reserved a sold-out injector? We post reservations on the 1st of every month, so yours is posted on the 1st of the month after you reserve it. See reservations in our terms.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Open the order in your account and choose Return items, then send the item back within 14 days. We'll refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of getting it back. You pay for return postage unless the item is faulty.

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept an injector back once it has been unsealed and used, unless it's faulty.

Free 1-month warranty

Every IMject injector is tested before it leaves us. If yours breaks within one month of delivery, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

• Open the order in your account and choose Contact support.
• Include a photo or short video of the problem.
• We'll reply with what happens next, usually a replacement or a free repair.

Checked out as a guest? Create an account with the email you used at checkout and confirm it, and your orders appear in your account.

Your legal rights

Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your injector is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or ask for a repair or replacement after that.
